Peru Gourmet 2017
More than 30 students from different culinary schools in Montreal took part into Peru Gourmet Canada 2017 contest. The three stages of the contest allowed participants to show their skills and knowledge in the preparation of Peruvian dishes.
The winner of the contest has passed through all challenges and deserved the grand prize of a one week travel to the Lima, all expenses paid, that includes a gastronomic experience program.
Ru Zhang is the winner of 2017 edition. Student Zhang is Chinese origin and represented Pearson School of Culinary Arts in Montreal.
The second place was obtained by Raphael Robert, LaSalle College student and the third place to Andreea Corciu of the Pearson School of Culinary Arts.
